30-day return policy

You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible, an item must be unworn, unused, in its original condition, with tags and original packaging. A receipt or other proof of purchase is required. Sale items are eligible unless they were clearly marked Final Sale before purchase.

To request a return, email support@veyora.us before sending the item. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return shipping

For returns caused by a change of mind, fit or customer ordering error, the customer is responsible for return shipping. If an item is defective, damaged in transit or incorrect, Veyora will cover the approved return or replacement shipping cost.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us promptly if it is defective, damaged or incorrect. Include your order number and clear photos so we can resolve the issue.

Exceptions

We cannot accept returns for gift cards, personalized items, worn or washed items, or items returned without their original tags and packaging. Contact us if you have questions about a specific item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different size or color is to request a return and place a new order after the return is accepted.

European Union cooling-off period

If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you may cancel or return the order within 14 days without giving a reason, subject to applicable law. The item must be unworn, unused, with tags and original packaging.

Refunds

We will notify you after the return is received and inspected. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the refund. Contact support@veyora.us if more than 15 business days have passed since approval.
